Every verse links to the people and places named in it, and to the passages readers connect it with.
The chapter
What happens here
Atlas's own reading, written from this chapter and nothing else, and published only once a person has approved it. Each scene names the verses it covers; the names inside it link to the people and places they name.
The elders saw the God of Israel, found sapphire beneath His feet, and then ate and drank. It is an unexpectedly civilised meal at the edge of a consuming fire.
The covenant is read, agreed, and sprinkledvv. 1–8
The chapter begins with a very careful arrangement of distance: Moses may approach, while Aaron, Nadab, Abihu, and the elders worship farther off, and the people remain below. Yet the ceremony itself draws everyone into the covenant rather more physically than expected. Moses writes the words, builds an altar and twelve pillars, receives the people’s agreement twice, and then splatters the blood on the people after putting half of it on the altar. The paperwork is solemn; the distribution method is memorable.
A sapphire pavement, then suppervv. 9–18
The restricted party becomes a larger one: Moses goes up with Aaron, Nadab, Abihu, and seventy elders, and they see the God of Israel. Beneath His feet is something like a sapphire pavement, clear as the sky. God does not lay a hand on the nobles, who see Him and eat and drink—a remarkably ordinary continuation after the most extraordinary sight in the chapter. Then Moses is summoned higher still, with Joshua as his attendant, while Aaron and Hur remain to hear disputes. The cloud covers the mountain for six days; on the seventh, Moses enters it and stays forty days and forty nights.

Exod 24:1Then the LORD said to Moses, “Come up to the LORD—you and Aaron, Nadab and Abihu, and seventy of Israel’s elders—and you are to worship at a distance.
Exod 24:2Moses alone shall approach the LORD, but the others must not come near. And the people may not go up with him.”
Exod 24:3When Moses came and told the people all the words and ordinances of the LORD, they all responded with one voice: “All the words that the LORD has spoken, we will do.”
Exod 24:4And Moses wrote down all the words of the LORD. Early the next morning he got up and built an altar at the base of the mountain, along with twelve pillars for the twelve tribes of Israel.
Exod 24:5Then he sent out some young men of Israel, and they offered burnt offerings and sacrificed young bulls as peace offerings to the LORD.
Exod 24:6Moses took half of the blood and put it in bowls, and the other half he splattered on the altar.
Exod 24:7Then he took the Book of the Covenant and read it to the people, who replied, “All that the LORD has spoken we will do, and we will be obedient.”
Exod 24:8So Moses took the blood, splattered it on the people, and said, “This is the blood of the covenant that the LORD has made with you in accordance with all these words.”
Exod 24:9Then Moses went up with Aaron, Nadab and Abihu, and seventy of the elders of Israel,
Exod 24:10and they saw the God of Israel. Under His feet was a work like a pavement made of sapphire, as clear as the sky itself.
Exod 24:11But God did not lay His hand on the nobles of Israel; they saw Him, and they ate and drank.
Exod 24:12Then the LORD said to Moses, “Come up to Me on the mountain and stay here, so that I may give you the tablets of stone, with the law and commandments I have written for their instruction.”
Exod 24:13So Moses set out with Joshua his attendant and went up on the mountain of God.
Exod 24:14And he said to the elders, “Wait here for us until we return to you. Aaron and Hur are here with you. Whoever has a dispute can go to them.”
Exod 24:15When Moses went up on the mountain, the cloud covered it,
Exod 24:16and the glory of the LORD settled on Mount Sinai. For six days the cloud covered it, and on the seventh day the LORD called to Moses from within the cloud.
Exod 24:17And the sight of the glory of the LORD was like a consuming fire on the mountaintop in the eyes of the Israelites.
Exod 24:18Moses entered the cloud as he went up on the mountain, and he remained on the mountain forty days and forty nights.

Who else the chapter reaches
Names written in the English are linked in the text above. These are the ones that are not: an entity the Hebrew or Greek names under a spelling the translation does not use, or one reached only by an assertion about a verse of this chapter.
Named in the Hebrew or Greek somewhere in this chapter, under a form the English renders differently — the registry's Ludim against the translation's Ludites — so there is no word in the sentence to hang the link on.
Reached by an assertion Atlas extracted from a verse of this chapter rather than by a name written in it — a pronoun, a title, or a participant the sentence carries without naming. This layer is model-read and measured at 88.6–90.3% precision, and it is kept separate from the names above for that reason.
