What happens here
Atlas's own reading, written from this chapter and nothing else, and published only once a person has approved it. Each scene names the verses it covers; the names inside it link to the people and places they name.
A single stone bears seven eyes, and the chapter never says what the eyes are doing there; it merely promises that an inscription will be engraved upon it.
The accused priest is dressed againvv. 1–5
The angel shows Zechariah Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of the LORD, with Satan at his right hand to accuse him. Before the accusation gets going, the LORD rebukes Satan and calls Joshua a firebrand snatched from the fire. Joshua is wearing filthy garments, so the angel orders them removed and promises splendid robes; Zechariah then adds a clean turban to the proceedings. It is a vision that pauses for a remarkably exact change of clothes.
The charge, the stone, and the vinevv. 6–10
The angel of the LORD gives Joshua a charge: walk in the LORD’s ways and keep the instructions, and Joshua will govern the LORD’s house, have charge of the courts, and receive a place among those standing there. Joshua and his companions are called a sign, and the LORD announces the coming of His servant, the Branch. Then comes the stone set before Joshua, carrying seven eyes and awaiting an inscription; in a single day the iniquity of the land will be removed. On that day, neighbors will invite one another to sit under their own vine and fig tree.

Zech 3:1Then the angel showed me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of the LORD, with Satan standing at his right hand to accuse him.
Zech 3:2And the LORD said to Satan: “The LORD rebukes you, Satan! Indeed, the LORD, who has chosen Jerusalem, rebukes you! Is not this man a firebrand snatched from the fire?”
Zech 3:3Now Joshua was dressed in filthy garments as he stood before the angel.
Zech 3:4So the angel said to those standing before him, “Take off his filthy clothes!” Then he said to Joshua, “See, I have removed your iniquity, and I will clothe you with splendid robes.”
Zech 3:5Then I said, “Let them put a clean turban on his head.” So a clean turban was placed on his head, and they clothed him, as the angel of the LORD stood by.
Zech 3:6Then the angel of the LORD gave this charge to Joshua:
Zech 3:7“This is what the LORD of Hosts says: ‘If you walk in My ways and keep My instructions, then you will govern My house and will also have charge of My courts; and I will give you a place among these who are standing here.
Zech 3:8Hear now, O high priest Joshua, you and your companions seated before you, who are indeed a sign. For behold, I am going to bring My servant, the Branch.
Zech 3:9See the stone I have set before Joshua; on that one stone are seven eyes. Behold, I will engrave on it an inscription, declares the LORD of Hosts, and I will remove the iniquity of this land in a single day.
Zech 3:10On that day, declares the LORD of Hosts, you will each invite your neighbor to sit under your own vine and fig tree.’”

Who else the chapter reaches
Names written in the English are linked in the text above. These are the ones that are not: an entity the Hebrew or Greek names under a spelling the translation does not use, or one reached only by an assertion about a verse of this chapter.
Reached by an assertion Atlas extracted from a verse of this chapter rather than by a name written in it — a pronoun, a title, or a participant the sentence carries without naming. This layer is model-read and measured at 88.6–90.3% precision, and it is kept separate from the names above for that reason.
