The chapter
What happens here
Atlas's own reading, written from this chapter and nothing else, and published only once a person has approved it. Each scene names the verses it covers; the names inside it link to the people and places they name.
Jerusalem is given a new name, a wedding, and sons who marry her; then her watchmen are told never to fall silent.
A bride with a new namevv. 1–5
For Zion’s sake, the speaker refuses silence until Jerusalem’s righteousness and salvation shine before nations and kings. The city is placed in the LORD’s hand like a crown, and her old names, Forsaken and Desolate, are exchanged for Hephzibah and Beulah. Then the bridal picture takes its wonderfully unexpected turn: as a young man marries a young woman, so Jerusalem’s sons will marry Jerusalem, while God rejoices over her as a bridegroom over his bride.
The tireless watchvv. 6–9
Jerusalem’s walls receive watchmen who never keep quiet, day or night. Those who call on the LORD are likewise given no permission to rest themselves—or to let Him rest—until Jerusalem is established as the praise of the earth. The LORD then swears that the grain and wine will no longer be handed over to enemies and foreigners: the harvesters will eat, drink, and praise Him in His holy courts.
The road opensvv. 10–12
The gates are commanded to open, the highway to be built up, stones cleared away, and a banner raised for the nations. The LORD’s proclamation reaches the ends of the earth: the Savior comes, with reward and recompense. Jerusalem and her people emerge under fresh titles at last—Holy People, Redeemed of The LORD, Sought Out, and A City Not Forsaken.

Who else the chapter reaches
Names written in the English are linked in the text above. These are the ones that are not: an entity the Hebrew or Greek names under a spelling the translation does not use, or one reached only by an assertion about a verse of this chapter.
Reached by an assertion Atlas extracted from a verse of this chapter rather than by a name written in it — a pronoun, a title, or a participant the sentence carries without naming. This layer is model-read and measured at 88.6–90.3% precision, and it is kept separate from the names above for that reason.
